Spanish mackerel fishing has been steady out Pensacola Pass and up and down the beaches to both the east and west. The easiest technique is troll with some type of flashy artificial lures. You can also go out to the USS Massachusetts and free line live alewives or shrimp.
If you’re going after speckled trout and redfish I would probably look for them around structure like deep docks, bridges, or rock piles. Early in the morning you can probably find some small specks on the flats, but it shuts off early with this heat.
